Pouring it on is an action applying to one carried thing and one touchable thing.
Understand "pour [something] on/in [something]" as pouring it on.
Understand "pour [something]" as pouring it on.
Rule for supplying a missing second noun while pouring:
change the second noun to the floor.
Check pouring:
if the noun is not liquid:
say "You can only pour liquids." instead;
say "That would just make a mess." instead.
