Part Screen clearing

[originally screen clearing was on by default; text was unfortunately cut at times when played with WinFrotz. This might have been related to another bug that messed up the memory system, so it might not be an issue anymore, but on the other hand it possibly annoys a lot less people if it's turned off by default.]
screen clearing is a truth state that varies. Screen clearing is false.

        
Cls switching on is an action out of world.
Cls switching off is an action out of world.

Understand "cls on" and "clear screen on" as cls switching on.
Understand "cls off" and "clear screen off" as cls switching off.

Carry out cls switching on:
    change screen clearing to true;
    say "Screen clearing is now enabled."
    
Carry out cls switching off:
    change screen clearing to false;
    say "Screen clearing is now disabled."
    


To pause the cutscene:
    if screen clearing is true:
        pause the game;
    otherwise:
        say "[paragraph break]Please press SPACE to continue.[paragraph break]";
        wait for the SPACE key.
